Privacy choices
This page explains how to exercise privacy choices for gicmd.com, including marketing opt-outs, browser tracking controls, cookie or tracking preference assistance, and opt-outs from sale, sharing, targeted advertising, soft identity, or enrichment uses where those rights apply. How to submit a request
You can submit a privacy choice or rights request by emailing smicanovic@gic-green.com or info@gic-green.com. Include "Privacy Choices" in the subject line and tell us which site, browser, email address, phone number, company, or visitor/session identifier your request relates to if you know it.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a valid Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing where required by law. Browser signals may apply only to the browser, device, and site where the signal is received.
If we cannot reasonably connect a browser signal or request to a record, we may ask for information needed to process it. We use that verification information only for the request and related compliance records where required or permitted by law.
What you can request
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may ask us to:
- stop sending marketing messages;
- opt you out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, soft identity, or enrichment uses;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information linked to you;
- appeal a privacy decision where applicable law gives you an appeal right.
Limits
Opt-outs do not stop all processing. We may continue processing information for security, fraud prevention, debugging, service delivery, request handling, legal compliance, internal operations, signed agreements, and other purposes permitted by law.
We may deny, limit, or delay requests where permitted by law, including where we cannot verify the request, the request is excessive or abusive, the record is legally privileged or confidential to another person, retention is required by law or contract, deletion would impair security or fraud prevention, or the information is deidentified or aggregated.
